Abattoir Editions is the fine-press letterpress imprint founded in 1972 by Harry Duncan at the University of Nebraska Omaha. It published mostly poetry and served as a means of teaching printing and book history; its materials are preserved in the Fine Arts Press Collection at UNO's Criss Library.
