About the press
Officina Athelstane is a private press led by printmaker Derek Lamb, based in Rockhampton's Walter Reid Cultural Centre, Queensland, since 2011. Lamb hand-sets and hand-prints fine-press editions on an 1887 Alexandra Demy iron handpress. His work is held by the National Library of Australia, the Oxford and Cambridge university libraries, the National Library of Ireland and several Australian state and university libraries.
